Recipe "Chicken feet with pumpkin". For the recipe you will need:

  • chicken legs - 500g
  • pumpkin - 500g
  • salt - 4g
  • dry sherry - 25 ml
  • monosodium glutamate - 1g
  • sesame oil - 5g
  • leeks - 10g
  • ginger - 10g.

Wash the chicken legs, trim the claws and scald the legs with boiling water. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into small slices and scald with boiling water.

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Put the paws on, bring to a boil and remove the foam. Add leek and ginger, reduce heat and simmer for an hour. When the chicken legs are tender, add the pumpkin and salt, pour in the wine and add monosodium glutamate. Bring to a boil and drizzle with sesame oil.

Place on a platter and serve. Dried Chinese mushrooms can be added with the pumpkin.

Principle of operation

The chicken legs prepared for cutting are fed by the conveyor to the receiving chute, through which they are distributed into two streams from both sides of the conveyor. In the course of the movement of the grippers, the legs move to the cutting zone, where, using a circular knife, a part of the workpiece is cut off. Next, the cut chicken legs are fed to the conveyor that removes the finished product. The trimmed waste is collected from the outside of the conveyor into empty containers.

Design and characteristics

This equipment consists of a frame, a central conveyor, a receiving distributor chute, a two-position disc knife, a geared motor and a control box.
The conveyor belt is equipped on both sides with grippers to hold the chicken pieces during the trimming process.
The drive is equipped with a Mitsubishi frequency converter for precise adjustment of the conveyor speed.

The main part of the machine is a stationary box (drum), inside which there is a rotating cylinder (rotor).
