On January 29, having filled out a form on the MTS website, I submitted an application to connect to the “all MTS Super TV” tariff (mobile communications + home Internet + TV) under the “Cyber ​​Monday” promotion (the first month is free, from the 2nd to the 6th - 50% discount, then - 950 rubles per month).
The next day, the mts company called me back, and we agreed on a technician to come to install all the necessary equipment on February 15th.
On February 15, as agreed, the master came and installed everything necessary equipment, and from that day I began to use all communication services at the new tariff.
Services under this tariff are provided jointly by MTS and MGTS. The first is responsible for mobile communications, the second is for home Internet and television.
All expenses for this tariff, including expenses for home Internet and TV, must be debited from the balance of the MTS mobile phone. From the MGTS side, as representatives of both companies assured me, no invoices should be received for payment.
Imagine my surprise when I discovered that for the first month of using the tariff, the MGTS company still charged me expenses (for the period from February 15 to February 29). Firstly, as I already said, the first month of using the tariff should have been free. Secondly, all expenses must be debited from the mobile phone balance.
Starting from the second month, everything fell into place, and expenses began to be written off from the mobile phone balance (the first write-off was on March 15 - exactly one month after I started using communication services), but it is unclear where the expenses for the first month came from continue to be displayed as my debt in personal account mgts.
Starting from March 3, I regularly contacted MGTS with a request to understand the origin of these expenses. Almost a month has passed since then (!), but still no one in the company has yet resolved my issue. I've already exhausted everything possible options interaction with the company - I wrote to the chat several times, called the support service many times, the result was zero. Each time they pretend that they have heard about the problem for the first time, then they promise to resolve the issue, they draw up an application, the consideration of which ends in nothing, and so on again and again...
I simply have to warn potential MGTS subscribers - think carefully before contacting this company. Tempting tariffs actually turn into an absolutely boorish attitude. If something goes wrong (and in my experience, something always goes wrong...), you will definitely not receive any help from the support service (if, given everything that is happening, you can even call it that...) . This attitude towards clients causes nothing but irritation and utter disappointment.

He explained that I didn’t need this until the transfer and asked me to confirm that there was no charge for this before I started using it. However, the valiant managers of MGTS need to make a plan and they don’t care if it’s at your expense. They activated the cards for me. Tariffing began 14 days before the actual start of use. I've been fighting for a week now. Yesterday they called and said that the complaint was recognized as justified and there would be a recalculation, but today everything was returned back and the tariff again exceeds actual use by 14 days. Beware, like the parent company MTS - these are scammers!

I have been using the Internet from MGTS for several years now. In general, I am satisfied with the provider, but I noticed certain shortcomings.
1) the declared speed is observed, but only via wire. On the old router, Wi-Fi is only 2.4 GHz, and the connection stability on it is not very good, you can’t even make normal calls through mobile applications(as a rule, the person I’m calling becomes difficult to hear and the sound is interrupted). I even have to mobile phone connect via wire to the computer, then the connection is good. I made repairs, installed Ethernet sockets, so Wi-Fi is not very important for me, I don’t even need to replace the router. I am writing simply so that other users understand that over Wi-Fi the quality of communication is usually much worse, and it is pointless to complain about low speeds and interruptions.

2) connection stability is good, although on social networks users quite often complained about glitches, I haven’t encountered them at all lately. But what’s annoying is that I lost my IPv6 address since the new year, but for most users it works. I think I'll have to connect to home internet outside (there is IPv6 outside), and because of this it is expensive to take a static IP. And on some sites, verification messages pop up due to a large number of requests from one IP, which is not the case on IPv6.

3) there are favorable tariffs for mobile communications (649 rubles for 200 Mbit/s Internet + 2 GB mobile traffic + 350 minutes). There is a similar tariff with unlimited internet. But the strange subscription fee of 214 rubles for a home phone, which is rarely used, is annoying. On mobile phones, the subscription fee includes a package of minutes, but here for some reason it doesn’t. Mobile communications have developed quite at a fast pace, and the principle of setting the tariff for a landline phone has frozen for decades, and a landline phone has become much more expensive than a mobile phone. I’m thinking about turning it off, but my mother needs to go, the number is registered to her. Or leave it as a backup communication channel - mobile connection Our house is not very good, and the tariffs are cheaper now, and then they may become more expensive. Although, on the other hand, MGTS works through MTS, and MTS mobile communications are better than other operators in that they have “goodies” that other operators do not have, for example, an application for calls with free calls within the network - within the operator’s network, and not just inside the application, or the same IPv6. And I use it a lot at the dacha, and the quality of communication there got better last year. But Online/Rostelecom has a home phone without a monthly fee.

It would be better to include a home phone in a package with a discount, or include a package of minutes in a tariff with a minimum monthly fee, or remove this fee altogether. There must be some advantages home phone compared to mobile, especially since radio link resources are more limited than optics.
