FC pulse official. FC Pulse is one of the largest and fastest growing players in the pharmaceutical distribution market. Employees' opinions: reviews of Pulse

I will mainly write for those who plan to get a job as a TENDER in the regions. A company that has no debts to manufacturers.

I will mainly write for those who plan to get a job as a TENDER in the regions. In Pulse there are no distinctions with the scope of work on tenders and everything falls on one person, and in particular you will be responsible for the following: working with representatives, with customers, monitoring auctions, preparing and submitting for an auction, playing in an auction, writing support documents, you need to make sure that everything...

Polite recruiter.

I would like to leave my feedback, I was invited to an interview for the vacancy of a goods receiving specialist. During the interview they explained everything so colorfully and promised to call me back within 2 days in any case. The questionnaire was sent to the security department. 2 days pass without any answer or greeting. I decided to call back myself, within 2 more days they answered that everything was still under consideration. A week passed and there was silence. In vain...

22.09.19 00:14 KazanAlena Korpatenko,

there are none left

The HR manager is not only rude, but also rude on the phone, clearly inflating the value of their company, rudely stating that they have even better candidates for this position. The desire not only to come, but even the interest to view vacancies is gone (I think the HR director should pay attention to such incidents and control the process).

24.07.19 16:47 MoscowAnonymous,

Are reviews being cleaned up? And then a bunch positive feedback from the slaves who are still there. Meager salary, deception with motivation, rudeness and unprofessionalism!

14.07.19 17:26 MoscowKate,

Salary by the hour.

Rotten office. Everyone hates each other, they all squander the owner’s money, and the qualifications of many employees raise questions. but again, these are someone’s relatives or friends. The office looks like a shabby mental hospital. There is no growth within unless you are a close friend of some boss.

22.02.19 20:18 MoscowShurochka,

Nothing new. Everything has been said by others, nothing to add

Eskin's activities are limited to the experience and skills acquired at SIA. ZERO ideas of your own. Even software for pharmacies and that from SIA. Dunce. So the Pulse will freeze in 3rd place, there will be no ideas because everything that he knew has already been implemented. And how gloomy they were at SIA, such a fate is not far off today in Pulse.

31.12.18 16:13in the Moscow regionAnonymous,

Friendly team. They are professionals in their field. Real and understanding people, always ready to support and explain. Timely payment of salary. Paid to a Sberbank card. Transfer to work. VHI after a year of work.

Work schedule: 5/2, holidays, weekends, everything is like people’s. In reality, everything is different. You will work 6/2, 10-12-15 or more hours. At the same time, with one break for 10 minutes and a second for 20 minutes. Everything is on its feet and in rhythm. You can't sit and relax for a couple of minutes! An excellent option for those who want to lose weight) Also, if you attend courses, study languages, go to fitness, or to a driving school, practice...

The Russian pharmaceutical market is very specific, and pharmaceutical distributors play an important role in the process of providing the population with medicines. Russia is a country of considerable size. A large wholesaler is not only a large pharmaceutical warehouse, but also a developed network of logistics centers. Moreover, it is also major centers financial flows connecting retailers and manufacturers.

"FC Pulse", which was once content wholesale supplies medicines from several local manufacturers to the regions, has grown to one of the largest national Russian pharmaceutical distributors, and is engaged in wholesale supplies medicines and medical products to all regions of Russia.

The history of the pharmaceutical company "Pulse" began in 1996, when the market had not yet been completely formed, there was no unified system distribution of pharmaceutical products and there were still many areas that were not particularly interesting to those who came to the market first, like Protek or SIA. Today, this company is third in the ranking among leading companies in the field of pharmaceutical distribution, following the results of work for 2016, second only to NPK Katren and CV Protek.

The company has established partnerships with more than 400 regional distributors, and more than a hundred suppliers - leading manufacturers from the Russian Federation and abroad - sell their products to it.

How Pulse began

Eduard Netylko was too far from pharmaceuticals. He was more interested in radio electronics. Graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute, Faculty of Cosmonautics and Automation aircraft, and by the early 1990s he worked at the NPO named after. Lavochkina. The time came when few people were interested in science. Netylko and his friends opened a small workshop where they assembled decoders and remote controls with their own hands. remote control under the Pulsar brand. By the way, it was she who later gave the name to his new organization - “Pulse”.

But when the flow of cheap electronics poured from abroad into Russia, it was necessary to look for another area for the use of forces. His wife, Larisa Netylko, worked at that time in a company distributing Bulgarian medicines. She had a clear understanding of how the pharmaceutical market works. That is why the choice fell on this area.

Only 10,000 American money was start-up capital. Experts said that there was nothing to do with such money. The market is divided, and in order to win a place in the sun, you need to have ten times more. But Eduard and Larisa Netylko tried and in 1996 they opened their own pharmaceutical company, Pulse.

The forecasts of experts did not come true. Because only the “cream” were occupied, and the young company established connections with factories in Russia and Bulgaria and began supplying medicinal products to the regions where they were bought small companies who worked directly with pharmacies. The turnover of funds was excellent: markups of up to 200% made it possible to return the invested funds within a week.

Large distributors were not interested in Russian factories - prices for medicines are low, transport costs are too high. In the West, it was much easier to buy and bring to Russia. So there were no competitors in the niche that Pulse was gradually mastering. She was of no interest to anyone except this company.

Since 2001, Pulse has been actively expanding the network of its regional companies, spreading throughout the country.

Back in 2007, SIA International, Protek and Rost reigned supreme in the pharmaceutical market. And the company decided to move from a well-established wholesale model and work with regional distributors to its own branch network. The company had one branch, but only now it became clear that the time had come. And in 2008, three more branches were opened, which brought operating profit the very next year. A 77% growth program was adopted:

  • the lack of premises was compensated by renting warehouses;
  • the assortment was increased one and a half times, to 6,000 positions;
  • with the opening of branches, the staff was increased (now the company employed 1,360 people.

In 2009, when the recession affected the entire business, Pulse, which was operating at a profit, was finally noticed.

“Management things are extremely important: we have introduced a standard for making decisions within one day. In fact, for most problems, if you think about it, a decision can be made in five minutes” (E. Netylko).

"Pulse" continued to increase its momentum. Even 2014, the year of significant events for the country, when the Sochi Olympics took place, when Crimea was annexed, when the European Union and the United States imposed sanctions against Russia, became a kind of impetus for the company. And while for the country the consequences of this year’s events reverberated for a long time, for Pulse it became very successful. The company not only strengthened its position in the top ten pharmaceutical distributors. According to expert data from the DSM Group, in 2014 it demonstrated a maximum increase of 44% among them, as well as a share in the volume of drugs of 7.6%, and took 6th place in the ranking, whereas in 2011 it was only tenth .

The owner and founder of the company is against the introduction of vertical integration. But they still opened their own small chain of pharmacies.

We need “Pharmacy Forte” in order to better understand our client, his problems, and criteria. This is a total of 14 pharmacies (E. Netylko).

Modernity

"Pulse" today is a really important link that ensures the transportation and storage of medicines and medical products on the way from the manufacturer to to the end consumer, from the first echelon of Russian distributors. The scheme involves a central distribution logistics complex in the Moscow region and 13 regional logistics complexes in the regions of the Russian Federation, providing direct supplies to pharmacies, - a unified logistics network. The company's warehouses are equipped with modern high-tech automatic assembly conveyors and other equipment and machinery.

"Pulse" today -

  • it is No. 3 in the ranking of pharmaceutical distributors;
  • these are 320 contracts with global manufacturers;
  • this is 50,890 delivery points in Russia.

Having joined the line with the largest domestic pharmaceutical distributors, FC Pulse retained and strengthened its leadership in 2017. And its share in the drug market, compared to its main competitors, in October 2017 changed as follows: the share of the top three accounted for 68%, and among the leaders the shares were distributed as follows: "Protek" Vadim Yakunin, chairman of the board of directors, - 27.8%, “Quatren” by Leonid Konobeev and Vladimir Spiridonov - 24.5%, “Pulse” - 15.8%.

Regional network

Regional logistics centers (there are 15 of them in total, one each in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk and many other Russian cities, and 2 in Moscow) supply products directly to Russian pharmacies. The pharmaceutical company has 15,300 clients. Those of them that are located in Moscow and the Moscow region are provided from the central logistics complex, which is located in Khimki, supplies are also made from here to large regional customers.

The company is continuously working to increase its presence in the regions and in 2016 alone it increased its warehouse space by one and a half times (to date 104.3 thousand sq. m).
