Preparations for the competition took place much earlier than the appointed hour and day, so the girls were confident and held themselves well. Although without excitement, events of this order do not take place.

The competition program consisted of 4 important stages: 1 - presentation of business cards "Me and my profession", 2 - implementation of a woman's haircut and styling it, 3 - presentation of the completed competition task, justification of competitive actions and protection of the model's image and 4 - competition amateur performances "I am a talent!"

To identify an objective opinion about the participants and the level of mastering professional skills, an authoritative jury was invited, which included: Biryukova M.V. - Methodist of the department "KHRIPKRO", Testova T.V. - methodologist of the department "KHRIPKRO", Shishpanova E.I. - teacher of the school "Aesthetics" and Gorn N.G. - hairdresser of the beauty salon "Grace". The jury members had a difficult job, but the most important thing was to discern future highly qualified specialists in the contestants and give a kind of chance to prove themselves.

The program opened at 10.00 local time with a welcoming speech by the director of the "Chernogorsk Mining and Construction Technical School" Larisa Mikhailovna Vaschenko and the head of the department personnel policy, public service and vocational education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RH Natalia Viktorovna Keberle. The benevolent words of parting words, luck and good luck lifted the mood of the participants and delighted the audience, whose approval was expressed with loud applause. The host of the competition, the teacher-organizer "ChGST" Elena Yurievna Bazhenova introduced all the participants and members of the jury. And the competition opened with the presentation of business cards. The girls were original and different from each other. Each tried to present herself from her best side. Of course, the most important competition was the haircut and presentation of your model. This part of the competition was held in well-equipped hairdressing professional training workshops and the applicants received all the conditions for convenience, in order not just to cut, but to create.

While the participants were performing the competition tasks for haircuts, a special program was prepared for the audience. Practitioners were invited to conduct master classes. Florist of the Tochkatsvetochka store Yekaterina Lanina held a master class “Floristics. Bouquet of flowers: technique and rules of drawing up ”, a professional consultant-make-up artist of the“ Mary Kay ”company Evgenia Matorina showed a master class“ Everyday makeup for young people using modern decorative cosmetics ”. Then all the spectators were invited to the “Retro cafe in the style of the 60s”, where they could learn everything about the fashion and style of the sixties over a cup of tea. The comfort and appropriate interior of the cafeteria were given by the efforts of the teacher Svetlana Gennadievna Mokrova and the master of industrial training of the group "PM-13" Olesya Aleksandrovna Pokatneva. The efforts were noted with a full hall of guests and genuine interest from the audience.

After the lunch break, the participating girls presented their hairstyles and models. Each tried to tell about the most advantageous sides of the haircuts made, but the image itself spoke about the master's skills more eloquently than any words. At the last stage of the competition, the participants shared their talents: someone sang himself, someone was supported by a group of fans, playing the saxophone or presenting an interesting podium sketch with models. And one of the participants, being part of the folklore group, sang Russian folk song... The contestants discovered an abyss of talents in themselves, as the numbers they performed spoke about. Each individually earned a huge appreciation of the audience, jury members and rivals, receiving loud applause for her appearance after each appearance on the impromptu stage. Liza Padycheva amazed the audience with her performance "Options for a cocktail and evening dress based on a men's shirt." Because after the end of the competition program, a poll of viewers "Who did you like the most" was conducted, and the most votes were given to Liza Padycheva. And the audience award went to our Liza.

After summing up the results, the result of the competition turned out to be as follows: Marina Safronova "Khakass College of Professional Technologies, Economics and Service" won the 3rd place, Elizaveta Padycheva - "Chernogorsk Mining and Construction College" and the winner of the "Best in Profession" Hairdresser competition - 2014 "became - Chuprova Alina -" Khakass Polytechnic College "(branch). The winner and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and gifts. The competition ended and one of the talented and promising hairdressers turned out to be a student of "ChGST", namely Liza Padycheva. Congratulations to the winners and wish you further deep and thorough study of your profession and a lot of pleasure from it!

The competition was opened by a show of hairstyles with the use of post-production products, which were performed by the participants of the 3rd course of the technical school on the basis of which the event was held. All hairstyles were done in a stylized style. Postiger products stood out in their unique way: from a violin made of hair to fancy colors of different diameters, types and unusual shades.
