Planning and construction of a bath house

A simple but functional 6x8 bath project is a harmonious combination of convenience and practicality. The whole complex is divided into 4 parts:

An open veranda (18.5 sq.m.), which can be an ideal place for tea drinking after bath procedures or evening gatherings.
Lounge (18.5 sq.m.) that can accommodate up to 8 people. In this room you can place upholstered furniture, a dining table for gatherings in the cold season, shelves for storing numerous jars of shampoos, gels and other things.
The walk-through washing room (8 sq.m.) with a window for ventilation is very comfortable for visitors of all ages - from the youngest to the elderly.
A cozy steam room (8 sq.m.) can accommodate up to 4-6 people at the same time. During the construction of a “turnkey” bathhouse, the “Sink-wash” stove and a comfortable canopy made of the selected type of wood are installed in the steam room.

If there is not enough space on the site for such a spacious log house, then you should pay attention to more compact solutions: for example, “turnkey 3 by 5 bath”.

A well-built 6x8 log cabin will serve its owners for decades. For the log house itself, a reliable strip foundation is used, and for a lighter veranda, a column foundation is used, which saves the customer's money and at the same time achieves the desired strength of the entire structure.

What does the basic set of baths include?

The basic package includes delivery to Kazan and installation of a sauna.

External walls are made of the material selected by the customer for construction (solid timber, glued timber, logs). Internal partitions - frame, sheathed with clapboard class "B" on both sides. floors
The floors of the bath are double: the rough floor is a cut board 18-20 mm thick, the finishing floor is a floor planed tongue-and-groove board 30-40 mm. Floor logs are made with a section of 150x50mm, beams are installed in increments of ~ 0.5m.
The floors are insulated with glass-staple fiber 50 mm thick, the insulation is laid on both sides: from below - with a wind- and moisture-proof vapor-permeable membrane, from above - with a vapor barrier membrane.

ceilings
The ceiling of the first floor is insulated with 50mm thick glass-staple fiber with two layers of vapor barrier. Hemmed with clapboard class "B" from the bottom of the ceiling beams. Insulation is laid between the beams - glass - staple fiber 50 mm thick, insulation is laid on both sides with a vapor barrier membrane. Internal ceiling height 2.1 m.

steam room
Inside the steam room, shelves-beds are assembled in two levels with backrests made of aspen board 18-20 mm.
In the steam room, a door made of thermal glass is installed, the dimensions of the box are 1.9x0.7m.

Attic
Insulation of the attic in the basic configuration is not performed. The attic floor is a floor-planed tongue-and-groove board 30-40mm. The ceiling in the attic is hemmed horizontally at a height of ~ 2.4 m.

Doors and windows
In the bath, entrance and interior panel doors are installed. Paneled doors are not equipped with handles for opening and locks. The windows are wooden double glazed, size 0.6x0.6m and 0.9x0.9m.
