Limited Liability Company "International Center for Pedagogical Innovation" Technologies of the Future "" (hereinafter referred to as LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future ") publishes this proposal to conclude an agreement on the provision of information services (hereinafter -" Events ") , the terms of which are given below (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") addressed to individuals and legal entities (in case of acceptance of this offer, hereinafter referred to as the "Clients"). This proposal, in accordance with clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), is a public offer.

LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" has the right at any time at its discretion to change the terms of the Offer or withdraw it. In the event of a change by LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" of the terms of the Offer, the changes come into force from the moment the changed conditions of the Offer are posted on the Internet at the address, unless another period is specified by LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "with such placement. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the offer of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" to conclude an Agreement (that is, acceptance of the offer), in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is considered the fact of the Client's prepayment for the services of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future ".

The agreement concluded through the acceptance of this offer is governed by the norms of civil legislation on the accession agreement (Article 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) - since its terms are determined by LLC ICPI Future Technologies in this offer and can be accepted by any person only by joining the proposed The whole treaty.

1. Basic terms and concepts

1.1. The site of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" - a set of relevant scientific and practical and methodological, creative, research and other information materials, proposals and tools located on the Internet at the address

1.2. Events - various conferences, competitions, Olympiads, festivals, relay races and other scientific, practical and creative events.

1.3. Services - placement for a fee / prepayment (on a reimbursable basis) of scientific articles, research results, competition materials and other information materials corresponding to the profile and focus of LLC ICPI Future Technologies.

1.4. Materials - scientific and practical, scientific and methodological articles, photographs, presentations and other materials sent for participation in remote events held by LLC ICPI Future Technologies.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of services to the Client on the Internet on the website of ICPI “Future Technologies” LLC for a fee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Several Services may be provided to the Client at the same time. The list of Services and the procedure for their provision are indicated on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "

2.2. The agreement regulates the procedure for the provision of exclusively paid information services. For public resources, ICPI Future Technologies LLC reserves the right to unilaterally and without agreement with anyone: change the conditions and procedure for providing access to them, or set a fee for access to them, or completely exclude them from the materials, posted on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "".

2.3. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" renders Services to the Client only in case of prepayment of his participation in events in accordance with the current tariffs and submission of a corresponding electronic application on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" in accordance with the approved rules and terms, as well as sending the Client awards materials and materials about participation.

2.4. Information resources posted on the website of LLC ICPI "Technologies of the Future", created in the form of a database (paragraph 2 of Article 1260 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), are the intellectual property of LLC ICPI "Technologies of the Future" and are protected by law on the basis of subparagraph 3 of clause 1 and Clause 2 of Article 1225 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The company is the manufacturer of these databases and, in this capacity, it has the exclusive right to extract materials from the databases and carry out their subsequent use in any form and in any way (Article 1333, Clause 1, Article 1334 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" has the right to:

3.1.1. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" has the right to change the number of services provided and the procedure for their provision, as well as the cost of the services provided (adjust the current tariffs), notifying the Client of such changes directly on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "by changing the content of the information on services and tariffs (without a special separate announcement), at least 3 (three) calendar days before the changes come into force.

By joining the Agreement, the Client is warned about the possibility of changes specified in this clause, and agrees that they will be made by ICPI Future Technologies LLC unilaterally. Conditions that worsen the position of the Client in comparison with the previously existing ones do not come into force in relation to the Services, the prepayment of which was made by the Client earlier by placing the above notification of changes in the terms of the Agreement on the website of LLC ICPI “Future Technologies”.

3.1.2. If it is impossible for LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement due to:

- using the Services for illegal purposes or obtaining the Services in an illegal way and (or)

- the Client takes actions that violate the terms of the Agreement, or violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation and (or) the generally accepted rules for using the Internet, ICPI Future Technologies LLC, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, has the right to unilaterally and out of court terminate the Agreement by notifying about this Client. The contract is considered terminated from the moment such notification is sent. At the same time, on the basis of clause 2 of Article 781 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Services are payable in full.

3.1.3. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" has the right to notify Clients about the news of its services, ongoing operations related to changes in the procedure for the provision of Services, offers of Services, as well as make other notifications on the pages of the Site, as well as via e-mails addressed to Clients.

3.1.4. Suspend the provision of the Services for the period of troubleshooting technical problems or other circumstances that impede the provision of the Services, while LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "conducts technical work to maintain the Company's Website, if possible, during the least load hours.

3.1.5. Refuse the Client to provide the Service in case of non-payment (incomplete payment) for the Services on time, in case of untimely submission of the Application for the provision of the Service, in the absence of a scanned paid receipt for participation in the selected event, as well as in violation of the rules for participation in the event.

3.1.6. Change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.

3.1.7. Deliver information to the Client using the data obtained during the registration of the Client's electronic Application on the website

3.1.8. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" reserves the right to change or supplement any of the terms of this Offer Agreement at any time by publishing all changes on its website. If the published changes are unacceptable for the Client, then within 7 days from the date of publication of the changes, he must notify ICPI “Technologies of the Future” LLC about it. If no notification has been received, it is considered that the Client continues to take part in the contractual relationship.

3.2 LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "undertakes:

3.2.1. Register the Client as a participant in a scientific event by entering registration data into the list of participants upon receipt of a completed electronic Application from the Client in accordance with the form established by ICPI Future Technologies LLC (the electronic Application form is published on the website).

3.2.2. Provide the Service to the Client for the selected event, held in accordance with the Regulations, subject to full payment and compliance with all the rules for holding a particular event.

3.2.3. To post on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" information on the list of services provided, on the conditions and cost of scientific and creative events and projects.

3.2.4. Inform the Client about the Services and the conditions for receiving them using the mailing lists.

3.2.5. Provide the Client with the ability to view, copy and download information resources on the website of ICPI Future Technologies LLC, as well as individual information from information resources and (or) the ability to receive information in the form of attachment files in e-mail messages (depending on the types of Services paid by the Client).

3.2.6 The Parties agree that the moment of payment for the Services is considered the receipt of funds in payment for the Services to the settlement account of LLC MCPI “Technologies of the Future” and materials to the editorial office of LLC MCPI “Technologies of the Future”.

3.2.7. Provide Services to the Client in full and in accordance with the conditions and frequency specified in the Application.

3.2.8. Maintain the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "in a working condition.

3.2.9. Take technical and organizational measures generally accepted on the Internet to ensure the confidentiality of information received or sent by the Client, as well as his identification data and details.

3.2.10. In the event of technical malfunctions, take all possible measures to eliminate them as soon as possible (however, the absence of malfunctions cannot be guaranteed).

3.3. The client has the right:

3.3.1. Receive from LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" Services of appropriate quality.

3.3.2. During the validity period of the Agreement, order new types of Services posted on the website of ICPI Future Technologies LLC, subject to their prepayment (if these Services were not paid earlier).

3.3.3. Contact the technical support service of the Company with recommendations, comments and suggestions via e-mail.

3.3.4. The Client has the right at any time to unilaterally refuse the Services of LLC ICPI Future Technologies. In case of unilateral refusal of the Client from the services of LLC ICPI “Technologies of the Future”, the payment made is not refundable and is not transferred to another Service.

3.4. The client undertakes:

3.4.1. Comply with the terms of the Agreement, the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted standards for using the Internet.

3.4.2. Independently and in a timely manner to get acquainted on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" with the established prices, the list of services provided, with the conditions and cost of the Events, the procedure and terms of their provision.

3.4.3. Timely pay for the selected Services of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" in accordance with the prices set at the time of payment.

3.4.4. If the Services are not received or received incompletely, within 10 (ten) calendar days, inform LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "in writing via e-mail about the difficulties that have arisen.

3.4.5. Provide reliable information required by LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "for the timely provision of the Services, including correct and actually used by the Client e-mail addresses.

3.4.6. In accordance with the rules of LLC ICPI "Technologies of the Future" "register yourself and / or your (your) pupil, pupil (students, pupils) by filling out an electronic Application in the prescribed form and within a certain time frame on the website of LLC ICPI" Technologies of the Future " :

3.4.7. In the event that a decision is made to participate in a scientific event, attach to the Application, materials and a scanned copy of the receipt for payment for the selected Services of ICPI Future Technologies LLC.

3.4.8. By registering an electronic Application in the established form of LLC ICPI Future Technologies, the Client gives his consent to the use of personal data.

4. Responsibilities of the parties

4.1. For non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of the Agreement.

4.2. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is not responsible for any losses, including lost profits, caused to the Client as a result of the inability for the Client to use the Services provided to him through no fault of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "", including (but not limited to) the following circumstances :

- software or hardware errors, failures, omissions and interruptions in work, deletion of files, changes in functions, defects on the computer or other technical equipment of the Client;

- delays in work during data transmission or other circumstances associated with deficiencies in the quality of communication services, including interruptions, unstable communication, insufficient data transfer rate, incorrect operation of the Internet.

4.3. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is not responsible for any losses, including lost profits, arising from unauthorized use by third parties of the Client's Identification Data, as well as unauthorized access by third parties to the Services of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "".

4.4. The client is warned and agrees that the information posted on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is collected by LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" on the basis of the principle of voluntary provision of this information by a wide range of individuals and legal entities in various regions of the Russian Federation, and is transmitted by these persons, including by means of electronic communication, which suggests possible technical errors in the transmission and reception of information, and, as a result, possible unreliability (irrelevance) of certain data (information) posted on the website of ICPI Future Technologies LLC. The client agrees that individual technical errors of this kind arise through no fault of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "and LLC" ICPI "Technologies of the Future" is not responsible for them.

4.5. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is only responsible for the operability of the site of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" and providing the Client with access to information resources within the hosting capabilities provided by the provider; at the same time, the practical implementation of this access is carried out at the discretion of the Client and is provided exclusively by the Client and at his expense, including (but not limited to) the purchase and maintenance of software and hardware for working on the Internet.

4.6. The Client uses the information received as a result of using the Services at his own discretion and for the possible ineffectiveness of such use or non-use of this information ICPI Future Technologies LLC is not responsible.

4.7. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is also not responsible for any losses, including lost profits, caused to the Client and (or) third parties as a result of the use of information resources obtained on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future ", regardless of whether whether these resources were used in the course of business or for any other purpose.

5. Amount and order of payment

5.1. Payment for the Services of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is made by bank transfer in the amount of 100% prepayment of the cost of the selected event and the established payment terms published on the website of LLC "MCPI" Technologies of the Future "" The list of services and their cost is indicated on the website of LLC "MCPI" Future technologies""

5.2. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" has the right to unilaterally change the prices for the services provided unilaterally, provided that the Client is notified about this directly on the Site of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" by changing the content of information on prices (tariffs), (without special separate announcement). Changes in prices (tariffs) for the provision of the Services do not entail a recalculation of the cost for the period prepaid by the Client prior to notification of the price change. The date of entry into force of the new prices and terms of payment is the date of their posting on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "".

5.3. The payments made by the Client are not refundable, except for confirmed cases of impossibility of providing the Services due to the fault of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future ". Refunds are made on the basis of a written request from the Client within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of such a request, subject to the consent of LLC ICPI Future Technologies.

5.4. The cost of the Services is indicated in Russian rubles. Payment for the Services of ICPI "Technologies of the Future" LLC by the Client is made in cash by bank transfer through the electronic payment system on the website and / or in any bank branch of the country until the end of the deadline for accepting Applications and Works of the selected event by transferring these funds to the settlement account of LLC " ICPI "Technologies of the Future" "(details of the current account and bank of LLC" ICPI "Technologies of the Future" "are indicated in the provisions on events and on the website of LLC" ICPI "Technologies of the Future").

6. Wed ok validity and procedure for terminating the contract

6.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment the Client pays for the Services.

6.2. The Agreement is valid until the time when the total cost of the Services rendered by the bank LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" to the Client, becomes equal to the total amount of funds paid by the Client of the bank LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "as payment for the Services.

6.3. The Agreement may be terminated early by agreement of the parties or in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of the Agreement.

7.O special conditions and responsibilities of the parties

7.1. The client bears full responsibility for the correctness and timeliness of the payment made by him for the Services of LLC ICPI Future Technologies, the reliability of the data entered in the Application, compliance with the rules for conducting events posted on the website in the regulations on events.

7.2. The client agrees to the processing of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "of personal data contained in the Application (surname, name, patronymic, age, email address, place of work (study), postal address) and to the publication of this data on the website of LLC" ICPI " "Technologies of the Future" "for open access.

7.3. Once published, all materials are publicly available. By sending the manuscript, information about the author and other materials to the indicated e-mail addresses, the author (licensor) actually consents to the publication of the personal data specified in the letter to identify authorship, as well as the right to publish the manuscript (publication, duplication, duplication or other reproduction of the transferred material ) without limiting the circulation of copies; to distribute the transferred materials in any way; the right to be communicated to the public; the right to use the metadata (title, name of the author (copyright holder), annotations, bibliographic materials, etc.) of the transferred materials by means of distribution and making available to the public, processing and systematization, as well as inclusion in various databases and information systems; the right to assign, on contractual terms, part or all of the acquired rights to third parties, without paying the licensor a fee.

7.4. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" is responsible for the timeliness of the Services provided when the Client fulfills the established requirements and rules posted on the website of LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future ".

7.5. LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "is not responsible for the Client's failure to receive the Services, and the payment made in this case is not refundable and is not transferred to other Services, in the following cases:

7.5.1. The Client paid for the Service after the day of completion of the acceptance of works, did not attach an electronic file of the scanned receipt of payment to the Application form within the timeframes set by ICPI Future Technologies LLC, and / or did not pay for the service on the ICPI Future Technologies LLC website.

7.5.2. The file sent by the Client with a scanned copy of the receipt for payment for the Service is of poor quality, the text in this receipt is indistinct, poorly readable, some information and details are missing.

7.5.3. The Client indicated inaccurate or erroneous data in the Application.

7.5.4. The email address specified by the Client is not available at the time the Service is provided.

7.5.5. The client cannot receive paid Services due to problems that have arisen in him.

7.5.6. The client did not timely attach the completed work within the framework of the selected event of LLC ICPI Future Technologies to the electronic Application.

7.5.7. The work sent by the Client was not compiled according to the rules for a specific event, with technical violations.

8.O force majeure circumstances

8.1. The parties are exempt from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement, if such failure was the result of force majeure circumstances, that is, extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions.

8.2. The parties agreed that force majeure circumstances, in particular, include: natural disasters, military actions, a nationwide crisis, strikes in the industry or in the region, actions and decisions of state authorities that objectively impede the fulfillment of obligations under the Treaty, failures arising in telecommunication and energy networks, the action of malicious programs, as well as unfair actions of third parties aimed at unauthorized access or disabling the software and / or hardware complex of each of the Parties (however, the circumstances of force majeure are not exhausted by the specified list).

8.3. The party referring to force majeure is obliged to immediately notify the other party in writing about such circumstances, the beginning and end of their action and the impact on the ability to fulfill obligations under the Agreement.

9.P procedure for considering claims and resolving disputes

9.1. The parties will make every effort to reach agreement on disputable issues through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations and (or) correspondence, the arisen disputes are subject to consideration in a court of general jurisdiction or another court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.2. The Client's claims for the Services provided are accepted by LLC ICPI Future Technologies for consideration by e-mail within 14 days from the moment the dispute arises.

9.3. When considering controversial situations, LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future "" has the right to request from the Client all the documentation of interest regarding the event in question. If the Client fails to provide the documents within 3 working days after the day of the request, the claim is not subject to consideration by LLC "ICPI" Technologies of the Future ".

10.O special conditions

10.1. In case of difficulty in interpreting the terms of the Agreement, they are interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the initial interests of the Parties when concluding the Agreement.

10.2. If any term of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder of this Agreement continues to operate as if it did not contain this condition.

10.3. All notices and statements under this Agreement are valid if made in writing and sent by post, and always in a valuable letter with a list of attachments. The parties agree that both a valuable letter sent by post and an electronic message (e-mail) sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Client during registration is considered a proper notification to the Client of LLC ICPI “Future Technologies”. In cases expressly stipulated in the Agreement, a message made by changing the content of the relevant sections on the website of ICPI “Future Technologies” LLC (prices of the Services, the procedure for their provision, etc.) is also appropriate.

10.4. Each of the Parties to the Agreement is obliged to notify the other Party in writing of the change in any details previously communicated to the other Party no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of the change. In case of violation of this condition, the Party shall be deemed to have received notifications sent to its previously reported address or e-mail address.

10.5. By concluding this Agreement, the Client understands the meaning of his actions and is able to manage them, he is not under the influence of delusion, deception, violence, threat. The Agreement was entered into by the Client voluntarily, with a preliminary full acquaintance with the terms of the Offer and the Agreement, the content of which is clear to the Client.

10.6. In the part not regulated by the Agreement, the relations of the Parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
