The competition of presentations is held in order to enhance the interest of children and youth in the history and culture of the country and historical local history; encouraging students and teachers involved in research and search activities to study their native land.

Members: students of general education, vocational educational organizations, organizations additional education, representatives public organizations Moscow and Russia aged 8 to 18 years.

The competition of presentations is held in two stages: correspondence (selection round) and internal (demonstration of presentations).

A multimedia presentation is a modern information tool, which is a combination of text, hypertext links, computer animation, graphics, video, music and sound, which are organized into a single environment.

All presentations received by the Organizing Committee are subject to expert examination. Presentations that have received a positive expert opinion are allowed for oral defense.

As part of the Presentation Contest, the work of the sections "Visit my small Motherland" and "People and events of national history and culture" is expected.

Procedure and deadlines for submitting applications and works: Applications for participation in the Contest are registered on the website of the City Competition Program “New Peaks”: http://newtops.rf/ (in the section “Humanitarian Competitions”), applications and multimedia presentations are accepted by e-mail [email protected] until February 18, 2018 marked "Competition of presentations".

The application shall indicate: surname, name, patronymic of the student, class, title educational institution, Work theme; surname, name, patronymic, position and place of work of the head, contact phone number, e-mail address.

Job requirements: multimedia presentations must be made in the MS program power point with .ppt, .pptx, .pps extension. The number of slides in a presentation is limited to 25 slides. The first slide is the title slide. It indicates: the title of the work, the full name of the author (authors) indicating the class and educational institution, the full name of the head, position, city, year. The penultimate slide is a list of sources and literature. The last slide is a repeat of the first. Videos are not multimedia presentations, but may be included.

The time limit for presentations at the Presentation Competition is up to 10 minutes.

According to the results of the competition, in accordance with the decision of the Jury, the winners are determined, awarded with Diplomas of laureates of I, II, III degrees, all the rest receive a Participant Certificate. The leaders of the laureates are awarded with Diplomas, the leaders of the participants receive Gratitude.

From January 25 to March 30, 2016, the regional photo contest "My Little Motherland" was held, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Komi Republic. 55 works were submitted to the photo contest "My small Motherland" in 3 nominations and in 3 age groups from 12 educational organizations. My small motherland

On November 8, in the reading room of the sector for working with children of the department "Intersettlement Central Library" a district competition was held electronic presentations for children and youth "My small Motherland". Works were submitted to the competition in two age categories in various nominations, but in each one one could feel the careful attitude of the younger generation to the cultural, historical and natural riches of our small Motherland, love and pride in native land. The guys in several slides were able to reveal their involvement in the fate of a corner dear to the heart big Russia. The first place in the junior age category was taken by Alexander Shchelkin from the village of Ivanovskoye, who presented interesting work One day in the history of the village. In the senior age category, the first place was awarded to Kulamova Valentina for her research work on the history of the development of the post office in the village of Kazminsky. The second place was rightfully taken by the students of secondary school No. 1 of the village of Kochubeevsky Dolin Dmitry and Khmeleva Victoria for the joint presentation "Native Village", which tells about the sights of the regional center. The third place was shared by Daria Kozlenko from the village of Zavetnoye and Olesya Chekareva from the village of Barsukovskaya for informative presentations about the history and traditions of their settlements. The jury members could not fail to note Zinoviev Denis and his virtual tour of the village of Barsukovskaya. Denis was awarded a diploma in the nomination "For creative approach". At the end of the competition, the presenter thanked all the participants for their active creativity, noting each with a Diploma and a memorable gift.
