What to do if one of the employees is not in control? If he does what he pleases, does not cope with his direct duties? You can write a memorandum for such an employee, where you report his boorish behavior and insulting other people, as well as failure to perform official duties or absenteeism. It is compiled according to the samples of internal business document flow.

What is a memorandum for an employee

A memorandum on the boorish behavior of an employee is a notification document, the purpose of which is to inform the authorities about the inappropriate behavior of one of the employees, which does not fit into the permitted framework of corporate ethics or legislation.

And also there is a memorandum on non-fulfillment of official duties. This document informs that the employee does not fulfill the requirements set out in the employment contract and internal labor regulations.

The main thing is that it contains all the necessary facts of the violation and the attributes of the business document flow. Registration is done according to the GOST 6.30–2003 standard: a sheet of A4 paper, all the necessary details.

Rude behavior, insulting employees and customers

In a memorandum on the rudeness of an employee, the following parameters must be included:

  • name of the addressee indicating the specific position, unit and full name;
  • date and outgoing paper number (the document can be registered as an internal mail of the organization);
  • note text;
  • Date of preparation;
  • the signature of the applicant and its transcript indicating the position and unit.

The text of the note should contain a description of the behavior of the employee in as much detail as possible.

Failure to perform official duties

The memorandum on non-fulfillment of official duties contains the following components:

  • name of the addressee;
  • document name (centered);
  • the date the paper was drawn up, and the number;
  • the text of the note, reflecting the list of duties that the employee does not properly perform, and the consequences resulting from it;
  • proposals regarding the measure of responsibility that will be applied to the employee;
  • signature and position of the applicant.

The report on absenteeism or lateness shall indicate:

  • the name of the department to which the employee belongs (absent from work);
