Today we will try to teach you the techniques of quick relaxation, as well as teach you how to model balls, so that you can decorate the group for the holiday, make gifts for children with your own hands.

1 part. Team building exercises and games .

In order for you to be able to do a good job, we need to tune in correctly. So, let's start with a few mood-lifting exercises.

Exercise # 1. "Acquaintance"

Goals: to help the participants learn about each other, to reduce the distance in communication, to reduce the feeling of tension due to the inclusion in the game situation “here and now”.

Instructions: on a sheet of paper A-4 (½ sheet is possible), each participant should write his name and draw an image that reveals his character. Then, within 10 minutes, everyone walks around the hall and gets to know each other. You can ask any questions.

Exercise number 2. "5 common signs."

Target: unification of participants.

Instructions: participants need to be divided into subgroups of 3-5 people. In each subgroup, participants need to find 5 signs that unite them within 5 minutes. Part 2. "How to help a teacher quickly recuperate."

Relaxation is an arbitrary or involuntary state of rest, relaxation, arising from the release of tension, after strong feelings or physical effort. It happens involuntary (relaxation when going to sleep) and arbitrary, caused by adopting a calm posture, the presentation of states usually corresponding to rest, muscle relaxation.

I will tell you about relaxation techniques, selected specifically for educators who get tired during the working day and do not have the opportunity to fully recuperate due to an excessively intense work rhythm and constant overload.

Let's do the exercises with you and see the result. I recommend that you do these exercises every day.

Exercise 1: "Stretching"

This exercise combines breathing and muscle movements. We stand straight, hands hang freely. We exhale, relaxing the body. Then we begin to inhale through the nose, while simultaneously raising our arms to the sides, while the palms are facing up. After completing the inhalation, we connect our palms above the head, keep our arms straight and press our shoulders to the ears, closing them. We hold our breath, stretching our arms and spine up, while it is pleasant for the body. When we feel the need to exhale, slowly lower our arms, exhaling through our nose.

It is enough to perform this exercise 1-3 times, but slowly and with pleasure. Stretching tones up the nervous system, after which there is a surge of strength and energy, it restores blood circulation and relieves tension in the arms and back and helps with back pain.

Exercise 2: Exhale "Ha".

The exercise takes very little time and is performed when you need a quick burst of strength and mental clarity. We take a sharp, short and deep breath through the nose, then a delay of 3-4 seconds, and we begin to exhale through a wide open mouth, pushing out the air in portions, contracting the diaphragm in short, quick jerks, while the sound "xxx" will be heard. We do not suppress it, on the contrary, we strengthen it a little. Having displaced all the air from the lungs, we repeat the cycle again. The third time will differ in the strength of the air jolts and the volume of the sound - they should be maximum, from the heart. If images help you, imagine that with this final "xxx" you are spewing out all the tiredness, tension and negative emotions, directing them into the ground. The entire exercise consists of three breathing cycles.

Now we are going to model the balls a little and relax.

Part 3. "Modeling balls".

Balloon modeling is carried out with educators in order to distract a little, as this is a very unusual activity. Each teacher is given a ball, and the task is performed step by step with each teacher.

At the end of the event, the results are summed up. Educators pass the toy "bunny" modeled from balls to each other, and express their opinion on the event.
