What is a strict reporting form

Each owner of a motor vehicle, when driving it, must necessarily have both an identity card and documentation for the car with him. In this case, the taxi driver is obliged to have additional certificates with him:

• waybill;

• strict reporting form (SRF).

Is it necessary to have a BSO

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, any strict reporting form should be understood as a document that confirms the fact that an economic entity (for example, LLC, individual entrepreneur, etc.) received funds from any individual. The transfer of funds is regarded as payment for the services provided to an individual.

Since laws tend to periodically undergo some changes, in order not to get into an unpleasant situation for themselves, all business entities must monitor these changes.

So far, the regulation of SSR in the country is carried out on the basis of two different sources of law:

• old federal law no. 54;
• new edition of the law.

As a result of the current situation, the new legal norms have already entered into force, but at the moment, adherence to them is not considered mandatory (transitional period for the introduction of changes). In this connection, many employees of the Yandex Taxi service do not have a full understanding of whether BSO is needed.

As it is not difficult to guess, the work of a taxi driver fully falls under the condition described in the legislation. According to the law (g. 5. Art. 31 p. 5 of the Federal Law, adopted on 08.11.2007 No. 259-FZ), the taxi driver is obliged to issue this form after completing each trip. If such a check has not been issued to the passenger, then this is already the basis for a fine. According to the law, if the document is not issued, a fine of 1 thousand rubles will be imposed. In this case, the official is obliged to pay 10 thousand rubles, and the organization - 30 thousand rubles (according to Article 11.14.1. Federal Law, adopted on 21.04.2011 No. 69-FZ).

Despite this, this paper is still not considered optional and the Yandex Taxi driver may not present it when passing the photo control. The fact is that, as we noted earlier, due to the transitional period in the legislation, the presence of a form is only a recommendation. Therefore, its absence cannot lead to the imposition of a fine.

Instead of BSO, when passing the photo-control, it is allowed to upload any other document into the application. It can be either STS or rights.

However, this statement applies to the operation of taxis. In other cases, which provide for the presence of a strict reporting form at the legislative level, this document most likely will have to be processed. In order not to get into an embarrassing situation, in each individual case you should figure it out on your own or find out this point from a competent specialist.

Where can I get the form? Most often, the driver receives the BSO in his taxi company, in which his registration was carried out.
