Scientific Secretary:

1. Leads the preparation of proposals for consolidated prospects and annual plans for research and development, and also coordinates thematic plans for research work carried out by structural divisions, organizations and enterprises in their joint implementation.

2. Organizes control over the timely and high-quality implementation of the established thematic plans and the preparation of summary reports on the activities of the institution (organization).

3. Provides coordination in the development of the main directions of work of the institution (organization), plans and programs to improve the efficiency of its activities, improve the organization of labor and management.

4. Prepares draft plans for the work of a scientific or scientific and technical (technical) council, controls their implementation and implementation of decisions made by the council.

III. Rights

The scientific secretary has the right:

1. To get acquainted with the draft decisions of the organization's management concerning its activities.

2. On issues within his competence, submit proposals for improving the organization's activities for consideration by the organization's management; comments on the activities of the organization's employees; options for eliminating shortcomings in the organization's activities.

3. Request personally or on behalf of the organization's management from the organization's divisions and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his official duties.

4. To involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the provisions on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the head of the organization).

5. Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.
